Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on products shipped by The Cap Foundry if:

All items must be returned with the original proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return:

  1. Our team will inspect the returned item
  2. We'll notify you by email about the status of your return
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package your item securely with all original tags and packaging

Exchanges

For exchanges:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
  3. We'll provide a prepaid return label for these cases
  4. A replacement will be shipped once we receive the return
