Returns Policy

Return Period
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on products shipped by The Cap Foundry if:
- The item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect
- You received an incorrect item
- The item quality doesn't meet our standards
All items must be returned with the original proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed or personalized caps
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items without original tags and packaging
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our team will inspect the returned item
- We'll notify you by email about the status of your return
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

For exchanges:

- Wait for confirmation before shipping your return
- Exchange items are subject to availability
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for these cases
- A replacement will be shipped once we receive the return
